Pricing FAQ
How many references does one credit cover?
One credit covers one candidate — including up to five referees for that candidate, however many you need for the role. You're never charged per referee.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes — we offer discounted rates for early-stage companies and registered charities. Mention it when you book your demo and we'll work out what's fair for you.
Do credits expire?
No. Whether purchased or included with a Compliance Suite subscription, reference credits never expire.
What if a candidate or referee doesn't respond?
You're covered by our no-response guarantee: a reference credit is automatically refunded if a candidate doesn't nominate referees within 14 days, or a referee doesn't respond within 21 days.
What support is available?
Every plan includes email support with a one-business-day response time, a full self-serve help centre, and an in-app AI assistant that can answer most questions instantly or raise a support ticket for you.
